TIME FRAME
- Six months, which is the equivalent of 24 sessions, to give us sufficient time to achieve your individual goals.
- One hour a week, so you have enough time to put into practice what we have discussed, but not enough to procrastinate. This will let you progress fastest, without distraction. There are 24 sessions that are usually held weekly.
- If a session is cancelled, it will be held the following week, and the sessions will run a week longer as a result. In this way, we remain flexible.
TECHNIQUE
- Coaching is generally conducted via the internet.
- You will therefore need a PC with a good external microphone, the ZOOM communication platform, possibly a headset and if possible, highspeed broadband.
- If you wish, you can also come to the Forum Lieske in Cologne, and we will work there.
Service
- You will be given a workbook with the relevant information and worksheets.
- In urgent cases, you can reach me via WhatsApp so I can help you between sessions should it be necessary

Organisation
- We organise our sessions via the TRELLO internet platform. This gives you a constant overview of your progress during our project.
- I also use the platform to upload material and we keep track of your tasks there, too.
